Corporate Governance

Healthcare of Today is comprised of a straight-line organizational structure. (The company's corporate governance is similarly arranged.) Departments are organized by function. Within those departments, our staff operates under the leadership of individual department directors. These department directors are supervised by the general manager, who is in turn responsible to the Board of Directors.

The type of organizational structure we have in place aims to avoid complicated or unnecessary layers of management. By concentrating departments according to function, we believe tasks will be performed most effectively. Healthcare of Today's structure is not only conducive to issuance of clear directives, but provides distinct outlines of responsibility as well.
